Role: Lead Technical Designer
Team size: ~30-100 at the whole company, 3-5 on my immediate team
Engine: Unreal Engine 4
Project highlights: There were a lot of technical problem solving puzzles involved in this project so it’s hard to pick out one… So I’ll say that helping to build the team was the highlight of this project. I got to not only participate in hiring decisions but also to build my own technical design team. It’s been immensely satisfying to discover and hone my own tech design skills while also helping my reports do the same.
